Talk amongst yourselves about whether the emerging policy details from the Chinese Communist Party's Third Plenum show that Xi Jinping and company will:
A) reform China's economy so that it looks more market-oriented;
B) talk the good talk but in reality centralize economic power within China's state-owned enterprises;
C) pursue some market reforms while still centralizing political power; or
D) do what every other government in the world does and muddle through.
